Traditional product planning and project management methodologies seek to answer those important questions, but what about agile methods?

Agile methods such as Scrum have great mechanisms to answer those questions. In this session we will briefly review the basics of agile and Scrum, then explore the foundational components of agile planning such as the Product Backlog, velocity and the Release plan. And wait!
